So here's the latest update from Kath in Wisconsin. Apparently, the voter target in her district was supposed to be 20,000 -- but at 6 o'clock, with an hour left of the polls, and lines out the door, they've already hit 60,000. Normal turnout is 36% and they've already hit 83% - with expectations that it will hit 90% by the time voting ends.
